The Legacy is a renovation and conversion of an existing office building into a luxury residential building. Heavy renovation of the existing tower, which was demolished to the structure. A two-story addition was added to the top of the existing seven stories along with a roof deck and penthouse. An additional 9-story, ground-up second tower was constructed adjacent to the building and connected to the existing structure. The total construction cost was over $50M and the project was completed in less than two years, opening in early 2018.
