1705 North Market Street is a historic Coca-Cola bottling plant that sits on a 5-acre parcel of land just over a mile north of Downtown Frederick, MD with sweeping views of Rose Hill Manor. Current plans are underway to redevelop the site into a 121,200 sf mixed-use project consisting of 9,200 sf of retail and 86 apartments. Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2018.
